Invest Equity

Equity Invest will be based on smart Etherum contracts representing asset-backed securities offerings.

This contract will have different steps, each step will be stamped on blockchain by contract. Once new assets are included in our equity investment platform, there will be a list of tasks to be done. This information will be audited and shared with platform investors. After the due diligence has been assessed and verified, detailed information will be published on the platform. Information will be included as: price, recommended containment period, annual cash rate target, IRR targets, multiple equity targets. All returns are based on the recommended period of detention of each particular transaction.

Equitybase ICO

BASE: EquitybaseERC20 Token

The pre-sale capped BASE token will start on 02/08/2017 until 02/21/2018 with a 40% discount price, BASE token sales will be made through smart contract and fully audited by Coinfabrik to ensure the security of ICO process. The proceeds from the ICO Offer 80% of the funds will be used for asset acquisition (Equity Fund) and 20% will be for product and operation development.

ICO Public BASE Token will begin on 02/28/2018 and end on 05/22/2018 with an initial discount of 30%, discount rate will be lower by a multiple of 5% weekly during the duration of ICO sales. We expect the BASE Token obtained during the ICO process to be substantially discounted on the value of trading on public exchanges. The minimum contribution during public ICO is 0,001 ETH. The transfer rate is set at $ 0.28 / Per BASE Token.
